Product development

Fabric and cutting
Fabric readiness is an important production milestone. Material preparation and cutting translate the approved product direction into components ready for assembly.
Sewing and construction
Panels, seams, linings and closures come together during sewing. The construction changes with the garment: a structured blazer and a fluid dress call for different approaches.
Finishing and dispatch
Pressing, workmanship checks and packing complete the process. These final stages bring together the appearance, construction and presentation of the finished garment.
